Benefit Engineering

Benefit Engineering (tm) is LogixPartners’ best practice approach for managing the benefit plan life cycle. Our experience shows that the most knowledgeable staff members exist at the end of the benefit processes. The Benefit Engineering best practice establishes a new job function, the Benefit Engineer, at the front of  the benefit process. This person, using the PlanLogix workstation, ensures that all benefit plans, both insured and ASO, are complete, accurate, and unambiguous. The Benefit Engineer works with Sales, Product Management, and Underwriting as the primary benefit knowledge resource.
